Individual Therapy for Adolescents and Adults

I utilize a trauma-informed approach in combination with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques to help clients build the confidence and skills to move forward in their lives. I am also a Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) approved clinical supervisor, which allows me to provide services to adolescents and adults who have been ordered to complete offense specific treatment. I collaborate with my clients to create quality treatment plans with goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based (SMART)
