Counseling Session Fees

Rates for Agape Counseling Service sessions and services are as follows. Please note: all prices are subject to change based on insurance and co-pays. We accept Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Centura EAP, Cigna, Kaiser, Medicaid, (Health Colorado, Colorado Access, CHP+), Medicare, Optum, UMR, and United Healthcare. Private Pay and Sliding Fee Scale are available.

Psychotherapy Diagnostic Intake - $175
Psychotherapy Individual Session (60 min) - $150
Psychotherapy Family Session (60 min) – $150
Crisis Contacts between 8 pm and 8 am (15 minutes) - $50

Offense Specific Services & Rates

Psychotherapy Individual Session (60 min) - $150
Psychotherapy Family Session (60 min) – $150
Informed Supervision Training - $75
JSOAP-II Assessment Completion - $250
